How to brew Matcha Genmai

1. place 2 tea spoon of green tea leaves (4g)* in the teapot.
   
2. Pour hot water directly in the teapot.
   
3. Wait for 30 seconds and pour tea into teacups.
   

Matcha Genmai is mixed with Genmai (popped brown rice) with a ratio of 1:1 and biter taste of Catechins will not come out as much as Sencha.

How to store

Once you have opened the package, keep the tea in an airtight container or canister and stored it cool and dry place.

Avoid moisture, sunlight, heat and strong odors.
